  • Delivery times range from 3 to 16 business days, depending on the destination.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

  • You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

  • To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us via email before returning the product.

  • STCKY will cover the cost of return shipping.

  • Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Complaints must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product. Complaints submitted after this period, or concerning products older than 1 year, will not be accepted.
